40 Under 40: Champions of Construction is an annual and global awards program that recognizes both established and up and comers in architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) who are making a big impact.

Construction professionals under the age of 40, fitting one or more of the following criteria:

• Someone who has made a big impact in their role in 2022.
• A professional who has demonstrated exceptional leadership.
• An industry pioneer who has implemented or managed technology with a major impact on a project and their company.
